Is Exercising in the Gym compulsory?

Not necessarily. In some cases, it may be necessary in order to get encouragement from other users; but many people can make use of cheaper alternatives successfully. Examples include public parks, walking paths in estates or other serene environment, homes with exercise equipment and workplace.
One can get some friends as partners to do exercise together. It will be much more effective than doing it alone.
Exercise is all around you in terms of physical activities such as walking, cleaning and climbing stairs.
Don’t pay a large amount to the gym and refuse to climb stairs in your office or home.
Engage in activities that are readily available and easily integrated into your lifestyle and work schedule.
Some people who make use of gym excessively occasionally and not consistently may even over-train their muscles.
