How to change and improve your beheaviour

The first thing is to change your thinking; behaviour stems from thinking
If you are a type A, the super achiever type of person, stop thinking rapidly and continuously; create periods of non-thinking.
Think about one thing at a time
Reduce your sense of time urgency
Improve your time management: plan for the following day, wake up on time and avoid hurrying to your place of work.
Slow down generally even in talking
Learn to laugh, don’t be too serious. Laugh at yourself, at circumstances and even when you make mistakes or suffer a loss. Believe that it’s your faulty work or old property that is lost in order to give you a better one.
Don’t think of life in terms of competition.
Value people and your relationships with them.
