• If you are a type A, the super achiever type of person, stop thinking rapidly and continuously; create periods of non-thinking.
• Think about one thing at a time
• Reduce your sense of time urgency
• Improve your time management: plan for the following day, wake up on time and avoid hurrying to your place of work.
• Slow down generally even in talking
• Learn to laugh, don’t be too serious. Laugh at yourself, at circumstances and even when you make mistakes or suffer a loss. Believe that it’s your faulty work or old property that is lost in order to give you a better one.
• Don’t think of life in terms of competition.
• Value people and your relationships with them.
