How often do I need to Relax?


• Relaxation should be an hourly, daily, weekly and yearly event
• Every hour check on yourself and see to it that you relax. Tell yourself relax!
• Spend thirty (30) minutes during the day to relax
• One day in a week should be free of your usual activities. On such a day relax,
take a nap, lie down, just be lazy, do something you enjoy doing. Don’t spend the whole of your weekends working on other money making activities to the detriment of your health. Spend one day free of all your usual activities. It‘s good to plan for the future and build your own business outside office hours, in case you are planning to set up one, but you should plan it in such a way that you can spend one day resting. Remember that you need your body not just to be alive but very healthy to fulfil your dreams.
• Then you should get at least 2-4 weeks annually to go away from your usual
activities and rest. If you are married, this is better done along with your partner. You don’t need a lot of money to achieve this, it’s just determination. You may not even go outside your country, you can locate a place where people don’t know you, where you can go to relax away from all your usual activities.
• Any time you notice that you are stressed, practise the relaxation techniques.
