Where no oxen are, the trough is clean; But much increase comes by the strength of an ox. (Prov 14:4)
Everything seems calm, peaceful, and interesting when you work alone. However, when you get to the level where you should and employ another person, it becomes more interesting because it leads to an increase. Unfortunately, many people don’t employ on time because they fear the mess that others cause.
If you don’t have an ox, (an animal who can’t behave like a human being) whom you have to position where it can get food, you have to clean the stable of its excreta because it can’t clean it by himself, you will not have to deal with any messy situation. But if you have oxen, then you have positioned yourself for much increase. Without working with others who may seem to behave like animals (who lack discretion and are not perfect) whom you have to assist even in taking care of themselves, you may not be able to achieve the highest increase planned by God. You cannot build something really big all alone.
Employ the strength of the ox if you want a great increase. Don’t look at their excreta and other dirty things you have to cope with. Achieve your goal of increase.
