“Feeding Habit” Versus “Stress”

What you eat and how you eat can affect your body and determine how you will cope with stress in your life.
The foods taken can cause a change in mood and stress levels.
Healthy diet will supply the body with nutrients that will enable it to fight the harmful substances produced by stress.
Irregular eating habits can lead to stress.If you eat at regular hours, you will feel better physically, have peace of mind and prevent diseases. (The body functions best when it is fed at least 3 main meals and one healthy snack per day).
Hunger increases stress levels. (People who don’t eat breakfast experience more fatigue and stress than others).
A nutritious breakfast will help you to start your work day without stress and be able to cope with the challenges at work.
