Cultivating Contentment to enhance Stress Management

Contentment is not based on what you have; it’s dependent on your mind programming.
Decide to be satisfied with what you have now; though you are labouring to meet other needs. Don’t strive too much.
Don’t be worried about the future; what you need to do is to keep working diligently, be prudent, save and invest for the future.
Usually, it’s the pursuit of wants; things that are not necessary for survival that drive people crazy many times. Many people will realize too late in their lives that what they really need is relationships, not things. Unfortunately these relationships which they ought to have invested in over the years to yield joy, peace, friendship, love etc. would have suffered in the process of acquiring things and all they reap is animosity and regrets.
