• Your attitude affects other people around you. Positive attitude make other people comfortable when they are with you and they will behave rationally. If you verbally magnify people’s strengths, you build them up and encourage them. They will in turn respond positively to you and thereby helping them to improve. When they behave well, you will enjoy whatever roles they are supposed to play in your life more and have peace, thereby reducing your stress levels.
• On the other hand, negative attitude make other people misbehave. If you look out for people’s faults and complain too often, they will be bitter and this will make their actions and reactions towards you bitter.Their misbehaviour can infuriate you and thereby lead to stress.
