The damage of stress is due to the release of stress hormones into the body and the most important aspect is the damage done to the heart and blood vessels. There is increase in the number of people suffering from heart disease partially because of tobacco smoking, unhealthy diet, and longer life span but also because of failure to control stress. Efforts should be made to control stress as much as it is being made to control cigarette smoking and unhealthy diet.
How can I avoid panic attacks when I am stressed?
• Avoid strenuous exercise. You can limit your exercises to relaxation and stretching exercises.
• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking, unnecessary activities, any foods or additive that makes the symptoms worse.
