Add probiotics to your diet

Probiotics are live organisms that are good for health, especially the digestive system. The body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are the good bacteria that keep the digestive system healthy and prevent infection. They are naturally found in the body and can also be found in some foods and supplements.

Pro biotics are important in healthy diet, plan to include them in your diet. Fermented foods contain abundant quantities of probiotics and prebiotics. Examples are pap made from fermented grains, fermented fruits and vegetables such as pawpaw and cucumber. A prebiotic is a specialized plant fiber that act as food for probiotics to be able to flourish in the gut.

Learn to drink pap instead of custard, take yoghurt instead of carbonated soft drink, fermented pawpaw water instead of other bottled drinks, iru or dadawa instead of processed condiments (to prepare vegetable).
